Preaching/Teaching Pastor-Scott Dollar

My name is Scott Dollar. I am originally from Ashland City, Tn. My last 20 + years consist of 10 years in the U. S. Air Force and 15 + years in Pastoral ministry. This inlcudes Pastoring churches in Texas and Montana and starting a church in Alberta, Canada with the Canadian National Baptist Convention. In addtion to being a Pastor and Church Planter I have a strong desire to be actively involved in missions in Peru. I also graduated from Southwestern Theological Seminary in 2002.

Kristi and I married in May, 1998 and we have five wonderful children. Our family is very excited about this new opportunity to serve our great God and Savior in Clarksville and help establish a new church that will be a church planting church for Clarksville, North America and the World.
Our goal is be here in Clarksville & at “The Way” for a very long time and to see God greatly glorified and magnified as people are called and sent out into Clarksville and the world to establish Gospel believing and proclaiming churches.

Family/ Youth Pastor- Jack Chapman

My name is Jack Chapman, I am originally from the Chicago-land area, but have spent most of my life in the south.  I went to bible college in Springfield, MO and was stationed in Arkansas while in the U.S. Air Force.  After living briefly in Chicago and meeting my wife Julie, we re-located to Clarksville, TN 1997.  We have two kids, Jacob (15) and Josie (9).  I am currently working on completing my degree in Seminary Extension.

I have been working with youth for 20 years from volunteer to bi-vocational minister.  We are very excited to see how God will work in our opportunities here at The Way.

The thing that I believe will make working here different than other churches is our focus on equipping families; giving parents the tools and skills to be better husbands, fathers, wives and mothers, as well as the primary spiritual leaders of their children as directed by the Word of God.

Missions Pastor – Brad Smith

My name is Brad Smith and along with my beautiful wife Ami, we are busy raising our three beautiful daughters and six sons. My passion is the Gospel in action. As the Missions Pastor I seek to encourage, promote, and plan for God’s people to take

the authority of Scripture and apply it in real life, from the mean streets of Clarksville, TN to the jungles and mountains of Peru. The fields are truly white for the harvest.

My wife and I are particularly interested in orphans per James 1:27 as we are active foster parents and have adopted several children. I firmly believe that there is no higher call than to ‘harvest your own fields’ through adoption and/or fostering. As such, you can read more about the Clarksville Covenant House on the website and see our church’s passion for the fatherless.

I am a (nearly) 20 year Army veteran still on active duty and am awaiting my release from duty per the Lord! I graduated from West Point in 1995 and Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary in 2013. Aside from ministry and my family, I have a passion for PT, pepperoni pizza from Domino’s, and Ohio State football!
